At fisiosportstherapy, we pride ourselves on our unique proactive holistic approach to musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, spinal and sports rehabilitation.
Our aim is to treat and completely rehabilitate the athlete/patient after injury or a surgery or to prevent further injury and to maintain the strength, flexibility or endurance of the athlete in order to return to the sport in the shortest possible time.
Whether you are an elite athlete or a recreational one our goal is you. Regardless of what musculoskeletal issue you have, no matter if its rehabilitation, joint stiffness, muscle aches or lack of fitness our only goal is too see you meet yours.
 

 

Fisnik Baliqi MSST

BSc (Hons) Sports Therapist

 
Fisnik graduated with a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Therapy from London Metropolitan University in 2009. He has also completed several postgraduate courses such as Manual Osteopathy, Acupuncture/Dry Needling, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Strength and Conditioning for Sports, Applied  Functional Science and Sports Nutrition. 
 
Fisnik has worked exclusively in private practice in London and Internationally in professional football and rugby clubs working closely in a multidisciplinary team of medical specialists and physiotherapists to promote the recovery and promote rehabilitation of those returning from injury.
 
His research interests include injury prevention, injury rehabilitation and optimisation of physical performance in team sport players. Fisnik has recently published his first of many to come articles in Sports Medicine and Physical Fitness.
 
Having all this accomplished and more then ten years of experience in exercise rehabilitation, manual therapy and sports specific fitness programming allows Fisnik to assist you with a safe return to the sport you love or daily activities with strong focus on injury prevention and recurrence.
